Link #182 - DON’T BE AFRAID!

Greetings in the name of Jesus.

There are dozens of passages in the bible that literally command us to not be afraid. Sometimes we fear hearing of bad news. What will we do when we do get news that breaks our heart? This week we look at a story we introduced last week. It is a story that has another story right in the middle. In this story the lead character gets the news that he was most afraid of. In the middle of that crushing news Jesus looks at him and says “Don’t be afraid, just believe.”. Believe what? What are you supposed to hang on to when you get the worst news you could imagine? This story we explore on Sunday is filled with good news - it is indeed possible to live life free of fear. We sure hope to see you Sunday at 10am for SUNDAY WORD.

This is just a quick note to remind you that all systems are go for this weekend at Bloor Central. We will be gathering on Saturday evening between 4-6 pm to share a meal together. Then on Sunday (as already stated) we gather to seek God together at 10am.
