Greetings in the name of Jesus. We have a lot happening at Bloor Central this weekend so we want to make sure you are prepared so you can enjoy it to the full.

First of all Saturday night is always a time for our Community Dinner. Everyone is invited to come and share a meal together from 4-6pm. This is a good time to meet up with some old friends and meet up with some you haven not met yet. Come on your own, or bring someone with you.

On Sunday we gather for SUNDAY WORD at 10am right here at 789 Dovercourt Rd. This week we have lots of new things happening so take note…

First of all we will be taking up a special Mission offering this week to support the ministry of The Salvation Army in Guinea. We have special envelopes for this offering, if you don’t have one we will have more available on Sunday. This special offering is not replacing our regular offering (we’re doing that as well), but is a biblical tradition we practice twice a year to give to the word of the gospel above and beyond our regular offering. We encourage you to come prepared and make sure to put you name on the envelope so we can offer you a tax receipt.

Also on Sunday we will be concluding our study of Psalm 23. We have provided a review of the 13 lessons we’ve done on Psalm 23 on our youtube channel. When you look up Bloor Central on youtube you will see that all the reviews are placed together but you can separate them if there are specific lessons you want to check out. This week as we review the chapter together we will be trying some new activities including a game, and also hoping to have some participation. We hope you will take some time to review Psalm 23 and come prepared to share briefly on what verse has been meaningful to you.
