Link #87 - LATE EDITION

Greetings in the name of Jesus.

We’ve really had some challenges getting back to full steam at Bloor Central. After a wonderful Christmas break much of the staff (including Karen and I) were hit with awful colds. We are grateful for healing this week and getting back into swing but this edition of the link goes out late, and we have still not been able to re-boot our bible lessons on youtube. However, we are up and running with our community meal (7 ate 9) on Saturday evenings and we gather to seek God on Sunday mornings at 10am with SUNDAY WORD.

Perhaps some of you saw the Buffalo Bills game last week where Demar Hamlin experienced a heart failure. The first responders had to administer CPR on him for 9 minutes and the game was cancelled. The players were overwhelmed and gathered on the field to pray. It is wonderful to know that when life is out of control we can turn to prayer. This week we will be considering everything about the “Whose who?” of prayer. I really hope you can join us for SUNDAY WORD this week. The bible has some really good news about prayer.

Here is some more good news. The Super Bowl is coming. In this post covid world Bloor Central is excited to announce the return of the Bloor Central Super Bowl Party. Sunday February 12 at 789 Dovercourt.
