Link #53 - More then Miracles

Greetings in the name of Jesus.

I hope you are enjoying all the sights and sounds of spring. This long weekend for many is a kind fo “kick off” to evertything outdoors including gardening, picknics, cottages etc.. In the middle of all the excitment about the good weather I’d like ot encourage you to make it a priority to gether for worship on Sunday. Each week we gather for Sunday Word at 10am at Bloor Central (789 Dovercourt).

This Sunday we will be exploring an event that has always fascinated me,, even as a child. Hearing about Jesus walking on water just always seemed so cool. Miracles are like that, they give us hope, remind us that with God nothing is impossible. But it is important to note, that miracles were never meant to draw our attention to the actual miracle., but often point to something even more important. In fact Jesus walking on water is a miracle that points us to some important lessons about the relationship that Jesus invites us to. Don’t get distracted by the miracle and miss out on what is really the whole point. It is indeed more then a miracle.
