Greetings in the name of Jesus. Welcome to the long weekend!

We always look forward to the weekends at Bloor Central. Obviously our community dinner (recently named “789”) is our biggest outreach of the week. Then on Sunday we will again be gathering for SUNDAY WORD which gives us an opportunity to engage with scripture together. The last few weeks have been wonderful as we’ve been exploring what it means to “seek God”. This Sunday the topic will be “The Greatest Opportunity of Your Life”. If you cannot join us at 10am on Sunday morning at Bloor Central just remember you can still stay in touch with the Bible teaching online thorugh our youtube channel, or facebook page.

Here is something new from Bloor Cental! For the first time ever in Bloor Central history we are gathing on Ash Wednesday for a special time of worship. Major Norm Garcia (a special friend of Bloor Central) will be leading us as we mark the beginning of the season of lent. These traditions (eg. Ash Wednesday and lent) are part of Church tradition to be preparing us for Good Friday and Easter (the high point of the Christian calendar). We hope you will join us on Ash Wednesday, March 2 at 7pm.
