Link #212 - GOD WITH US

Greetings in the name of Jesus.

We hope you are all enjoying as we move through this season of advent. This is a special time to be preparing our hearts for all the wonder and excitement of Christmas. On Sunday, Karen will be sharing a message specifically focused on the good news of Christmas, namely GOD WITH US. Please be clear, Christmas is not a puffed up time to focus on positive thinking. It is a truth that gives us strength all year long. God has not abandoned us, at Christmas we remember GOD WITH US.

As usual our weekend of ministry kicks off on Saturday evening with our Community Meal. Our food prep team has put together another masterpiece that starts off with tomato soup, an entree of potato/peameal casserole (an original), orzo salad, and a mandarin orange and oatmeal cookie for desert. Along with world class food we have warm fellowship which we look forward to sharing with our neighborhood. Please join us and feel free to bring a friend. Dinner is served from 4-6pm.

We need to provide an update that we announced a couple Sundays ago, but those who missed that week did not hear the result of answered prayer. Two weeks ago we send out a prayer request regarding Chloe, the granddaughter of Doug and Dominique. We did announce, but we are thrilled to further share with you that Chloe is recovered and healthy. Thank you to all who were praying for the family through that difficult time.
