Greetings in the name of Jesus.

What a beautiful weekend to be at Bloor Central! We getting ready for our Community Meal today (Saturday) running from 4-6 pm. This is always a great way to connect with friends, and make some new ones. Please feel free to bring someone to share a meal with us at 789 Dovercourt.

Scripture uses several names and titles as it reveals the character of God. On of the titles is “Jehovah Nissi” which when translated means “The Lord is my Defender”. In the midst of life we can feel like we are in a battle which can seem overwhelming. But we have a “defender”. God is our banner and protector! This truth offers us courage and strength for the battle and that is what Karen will be preaching on tomorrow at SUNDAY WORD (10AM).
